What data sources does Glucoscape support?
Glucoscape works with Dexcom (via their official API) and Nightscout. We're working on adding more sources in the future.
Is my health data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app's settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does Glucoscape give medical advice?
No. Glucoscape is an educational tool that helps you understand patterns in your data. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always discuss changes to your diabetes management with your healthcare provider.
How do I connect my Dexcom?
During setup, choose "Dexcom" as your data source. You'll be redirected to Dexcom's secure login page to authorise Glucoscape. We never see your Dexcom password.
Can I share with my care team?
Yes! In the app, go to Settings → Care Team and invite your diabetes nurse, educator, or doctor by email. They'll see your AI insights and aggregated stats — not raw data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Glucoscape → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
